Originally, tile work is an Iranian art which was born after the flourishing of the Achaemid Dynasty in the  Apadana; palace of Darious. This art dates back to the fifth millennium B.C. Tile work is gradually changed into an artistic decorative element used in Iran architecture. The art is considered a great ornamental industry, and also employed people in that area.

   The word tile in the Farsi language is "Kashi" , which derivates from the city, Kashan, as the homeland of this industry. EITILE Company’s main product is Moarragh (mosaic tile) consists of cut pieces of tiles with varied designs and colors put side by side to form a symmetrical complex. Moarragh is first prepared in squares of 15x15 or 20x20 before being broken into small and large pieces. These tiles have the unique features of being conveniently modified by tools.
