EIT Group - Manufacturing part
After designing and cutting tiles, the tiles should be put together according to the design. This process is very sensitive and should be done very carefuly. Tiles are put beside eachother and fastened bye glue, then they will be one big panel with the cement at the back. After putting the tiles beside each other, it should be fastened to the ground because as the cement is put at the back of tiles, it may change or moved. So if some of them move, then the surface of the front side tile panel has not a very flat surface, so it takes too much time to fasten all the tiles to the ground. EIT Group - Checking Tiles before installation
This picture shows the time cement at the back of the tiles dried and becomes a single big panel and ready for the installation on the wall. This panel is too heavy and needs at least 9 strong man or a lifting machine to carry to the place of the installation. Since this panel consists of more than 3000 tiles, it should be checked whether a tile is installed in its place right or wrong.
