• Each type and color of raw ceramic tile is sourced exclusively from a single, dedicated supplier, ensuring consistency in material quality, color, and texture.

• The raw tiles used in our processes are manually manufactured. There is currently no fully automated production line in Iran capable of producing raw ceramic tiles suitable for the traditional techniques used in Moarragh, Moagheli, and Mogharnas craftsmanship.

• This manual production process aligns with the artisanal nature of our work, preserving the authenticity and integrity of traditional Iranian tile art.

By working with exclusive and consistent sources, we maintain the high standards required for producing fine handmade tiles that reflect centuries-old heritage and artistic precision.

For the production of Especial Seven-Color (Polychrome) ceramic tiles, Erfan International Tile Company sources machine-made raw ceramic tiles from reputable tile manufacturing factories within Iran.

• These tiles are produced using automated industrial processes, ensuring uniformity in size, thickness, and surface finish—key factors for the precision required in seven-color tile glazing and painting techniques.

• The use of factory-produced tiles supports higher-volume production while maintaining the quality and compatibility essential for traditional seven-color decorative methods.

This approach allows us to combine the advantages of modern manufacturing with the artistic depth of Persian tilework.

Golden Ceramic Tiles

For the creation of Golden Ceramic Tiles, Erfan International Tile Company sources all raw ceramic tiles from a single dedicated supplier for each specific type and color.

• These tiles are manually manufactured, as there is no fully automated production line in Iran capable of producing raw ceramic tiles that meet the unique requirements of Golden Tile craftsmanship.

• Manual production ensures the appropriate surface texture, absorbency, and durability essential for the application of gold leaf or glaze techniques.

This selective sourcing process preserves the artisanal quality and precision needed for our premium Golden Tile collections.
