Note:
• The prices we will mail you, are Ex Works ( EXW ) and do not include expenses (as installation needs our team to come to your area) such as Air cargo shipment, Tax, Insurance, Air tickets, Food allowance and Accommodation... to get our exact price, please mail us your total quanity tile need, place you want to install, time limitation, destination address and tile types, then we quote you.
• Due to the differences between the designs, thicknesses of the tile biscuit, its color, the amount of using golden tiles in design, the place of the installation as needed ( on normal wall, ceiling, dome or minarets ... - interior or exterior decoration ) and also the time you will give us to complete your project, the prices are different. So you should mention all these issues to have best quote.
• Our mailed quotation is subject to the below conditions:
- All purchased items are not refundable nor to be replaced.
- Customer is responsible for all measurements and any error will not be considered for refund.
- 50% of the total amount to be paid in advance, the balance to be paid upon delivery.
- The total price is different for different quantities.
- The product will be delivered based on the manufacturing process as following (Depends on your project time limitation, it can be customized to suit your need):

- For Especial 7 color tiles, materials will not be delivered until final payment, and for Moarragh, Moagheli, Rasmi, Mogharnas and Gereh tiles, 30% of the total amount to be paid us as advance payment and after completion of 30% of the installation, the customer should pay 50% of the rest payment and the final payment to be paid us as 80% of the installation completed.
- The customer should pay for the expense ( if installation needed ) such as:
Air tickets of the people coming for the installation, Insurance, Food allowance, Accommodation,Transportation and the materials needed for the work.
Please Note:
- All disputes and claims arising from or relating to our contract including its conclusion, validity, termination or breach, and its interpretation or application, shall be submitted to the Arbitration Center of the Iran Chamber (ACIC) for binding and final arbitration by one or three arbitrators in accordance with the Law of Statute of the Arbitration Center of the Iran Chamber and Arbitration Rules of ACIC. In addition to the applicable laws and regulations, the arbitrator(s) shall take into account the relevant trade usages.
- Any business contract / agreement or the amendment of the concluded contract / agreement in which Erfan International Tile Company acts as one party shall be entered into and enforced only by written with the Parties' official seals (two sides). Any offer, acceptance, commitment or waiver of the rights or obligations shall NOT bind the Erfan International Tile Company done without the aforesaid formalities. Any modification, adjustment or replacement of any provision or information in the contracts signed by our company must be approved, confirmed and signed in written form by both parties. Payment to any other account (with the exception of CEO account) shall not constitute performance of your payment obligation under the contracts.
